Junior Project Coordinator (Internship)

The Role:

Ubuntu Community Development is offering a 1-year internship for a Junior Project Coordinator. You’ll assist in planning and executing community development projects that make a positive impact on local communities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A diploma or degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, or related field

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Passion for community development

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)

• Previous volunteer experience in community projects

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating community initiatives

• Liaise with stakeholders, volunteers, and beneficiaries

• Monitor project progress and report to senior coordinators

• Help organize events and fundraising efforts
